Why Coconut & Soy Wax?
Traditional Candles are made out of paraffin which is sourced from petroleum. Lighting a traditional candle is the equivalent to starting a diesel engine in your home.
We used 100% Coconut & Soy wax which is sourced from plants.
There are therefore no toxins in the wax, the burn time is much longer & the process of candle making is sustainable.
How to tend to your vessel & candle.
Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the vessel to prevent "tunneling".
Trim the wick to 6mm before you relight your candle to keep the wax clean & burning brightly.
Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
FAQs
For your first burn, ensure you burn your candle for 3-4 hours. Make sure your wax pool extends to both ends of the vessel before extinguishing. This practice will help avoid tunneling. Before burning your candle, trim your wick to 6mm.

Pour boiling water into the vessel with a little space at the top free from water. The boiling water will melt the wax and it will float to the top. Let the water cool and remove the wax. Clean the inside of the vessel with hot water and dish soap.
Reuse your vessel as a cosmetic brush caddy, flower vase, to pot small house plants, a pencil cup or a beautiful bathroom canister.
